So I recently tried making some lemon cookies. Pretty hard to make for an amateur, especially when the electric mixer blades keep falling off due to the hard batter. Despite all the mayhem, the cookies came out fantasic. Nice and crunchy with a lemony flavor. These photos are unedited so sorry there is noise with it. These photos are not on my website by the way.

The meat of the lemon can not make cookies but one can add lemon juice to the cookie flower.

That I do understand, but in the original post, the description was as if you didn’t use lemon cake mix nor juice.
